Crucial Distinction: Reels Translator AI operates primarily using local processing technology via your web browser (WebCodecs API). We do not upload, host, distribute, or store your raw video or audio files.

  • You are solely responsible for the content you process using the Service.
  • You must ensure you own the necessary copyrights, licenses, or permissions to translate and process the videos.
  • We assume no liability for the generation or distribution of illegal, copyright-infringing, or offensive content, as our servers do not handle the media files.

3. Third-Party API Keys

Our service may allow you to provide and use your own third-party API keys (e.g., Google Gemini, OpenAI) for translation and transcription. You are solely responsible for:

  • The security and management of your API keys.
  • Any costs, charges, or fees incurred from the third-party provider due to the usage of your keys within our Service.
  • Complying with the Terms of Service of the respective third-party provider.

4. AI Accuracy

Our Service utilizes artificial intelligence to generate transcripts and translations. While we strive for high quality, we provide the Service on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy, reliability, or cultural appropriateness of the AI-generated results. You are encouraged to review and edit the outputs manually.

5. Purchases and Refunds

If you wish to purchase a subscription or credits, you will be asked to supply information via our secure third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store or process complete credit card numbers.

Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the service and the upfront server costs required for AI processing, all purchases are generally final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or determined at our sole discretion.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
